Just recently ANOTHER tax was proposed to support transportation maintenance and improvements in Portland. Maybe PBOT needs to clean up their act first. Look at this….Kurt Krueger is making $194,604 (PLUS benefits) and is off doing a second job during work hours and using city vehicles for personal use. I doubt this is the only case of this behavior in Portland government where the culture has morphed from “the city that works” to one where “I’m a victim for having to work in person”
He said his use was justified because he was one of few employees who did not work remotely during the pandemic
Taxpayers deserve better.
