While the Portland transportation nonprofits (Street Trust, Bike Loud, Oregon Walks, Sam Balto/Bike Bus, etc) continue to decry police traffic enforcement the carnage on our streets continues……

Sorry, but to me those groups seem mostly useless in terms of making anything really safer or better.
