You can review and comment on the IBR
Getting on a high bridge to walk or cycle will be a challenge.
The IBR gives no estimated elevations, but a +100 foot climb is required.
Just don’t put in an elevator (at least not on the Portland side). Good chance it will be vandalized and have human feces in it within a week. Just like the Bob Stacey crossing. Then it will break and no one will fix it. The WA side (where livability laws are still occasionally enforced) would probably fare better.
