My wife just was just wrapping up her work day and found that her bike was stolen from the basement garage of her downtown office building.

Bike frame was locked with a u-lock and rear wheel with a cafe lock.
Likely stolen by occupants of a white van that pulled into the garage, paused briefly in front of the bike rack, and then left immediately after.
