Have these people actually ridden on the I-205 MUP or the Peninsula Crossing Trail (PCT) ? I don’t think so.
This sounds completely bogus. No traffic enforcement, unsafe MUPS. No way PDX is 3rd.

Since this was done by a landscaping/lawn care company I sure wouldn’t believe them since they really aren’t bike related in any way.
Maybe they are trying to drum up business in Portland?

Yeah pretty embarrassing that the Oregonian amplifies these kind of
rankings. Wonder if this landscaping company advertises on the Oregonian website?
