In the last year or so, the City of Portland PBOT Signal & Lighting division moved the Street Lighting Symbology ArcGIS map out of public’s view.
The map provided useful information about service history related to vagrancy related pole tampering. It costs the government money to do public records request, however I fail to see the necessity in making an effort to suppress information access that was already in place… and here I am digging for information.
