I just reread a article about a article about a artist who used a wagon with 99 cell phones to cause Google Maps to think there were traffic issues and with driving recommendations alter traffic patterns. The article is dated February 4, 2020. Portland has a list of groups who have strong opinions about city policies and what should be done here. Perhaps it is time for a version of this to be adopted to grab the attention of those in city and county government to deal with selected areas or intersections. 100 bicyclists making traffic patterns change?
