Banks-Vernonia Bridge Closure?

So I was thinking of doing the Banks-Vernonia trail tomorrow, but it says the Shoofly bridge is out - I know it’s somewhere in Stubbs Park, but I don’t know where. When I look for pictures, it seems like it’s part of the mountain bike trails and would perhaps not block the Banks Vernonia trail. Anyone hear anything about this or been out there since 10/29/21?
This is what Banks-Vernonia State Trail - Oregon State Parks has to say:
Effective Oct 19, 2021
Temporary closure at southern Shoofly bridge due to bridge failure. OPRD advises the public not to cross the bridge or attempt creek crossing. Please find alternate route and plan accordingly. Updates on the issue will be posted on L.L. Stub Stewart’s State Park web page.

This is armchair advice, not first hand, but NWTA convinces me that the B-V Trail is not affected:

I went out there, and you’re right, Alan! The closure is a blow to the MTB trail network but has no impact on the multiuse Banks-Vernonia trail. It was cold this morning! Almost bit it on an icy patch in the parking lot first thing!
